I have faded copies/prints should I change my toner?

NO. Call for an engineer, the toner level does not affect the copy quality.

NO. Change it when the device tells you the toner is empty. When some devices advise the toner is low they may have as much as 25% of toner still in the cartridge.

NO. The toner on your shelf represents “dead money” which has to be paid for somehow. This means we may have to pass on these increased costs to our customers. Also if toners are left on the shelf the toner inside can become compacted and cause your device to fail.

Actually, no. Toners are paid for retrospectively with your cost per copy charge. So in effect you use the toner, and then you pay for it.
